The Mobeli lever extension slides onto levers of the grab bar suction housing to make it easier to open or close the suction pad. The extension slide onto the lever. The longer bar gives more leverage to push down to secure the suction pad. Then when you need to remove the grab bar, slide the extension onto the lever again and lift up. If the space between your suction housing and a wall is limited you can turn the extension handle sideways and still have leverage to open or close the lever.
