DST8000 TRIPLEPRO is the latest model of step therapy machines from DPE. this model has 3 gait functions, flat surface, climbing stairs and negotiating slopes. The electronically elevating steps allow you to customize each therapy session to the patient and their current needs. Steps rise from flat plane to 6.5". Use the flat surface for parallel bar training. Increase the steps as each person improves. You can lower steps if your patient gets "stuck" and cannot walk back down the steps. The gradient incline gives practice for neighborhood adventures. Walk slopes and ramps.
The onboard computer records date, height of stairs, patient's time to ascend and descend the steps. Compare past performance and estimate potential for improvement. Option to email allows you to share data with medical staff. Create a database for study and research.
The DST8000 PRO has height adjustable hand rails, from 26.5" - 38.5" tall. The front ramp has a 12 degree incline. A hand held remote controls steps up and down. A visual display on the column shows step height. DST8000 PRO is constructed from steel with a durable paint finish. Special order custom paint schemes are available.
In flat position the Triple has 140" of flat surface to use as handrails parallel bars.
